With his many years of experience in managing complex software projects, Florian not only brings the courage to innovate and passion as a serial entrepreneur, but also always keeps an eye on the essentials during his numerous high-alpine expeditions and leads his team safely to their goal.

Passionate about flying since early childhood, his path led him to Africa and Nepal for many years as a bush pilot. Today, Ludwig pilots modern long-range jets and historic warbirds for one of the largest beverage companies in the world, is co-founder and shapes the corporate direction of Axturis.

There is hardly a corner of the world that he has not visited. His camera is always with him - his snapshots are true works of art. As an experienced team leader, he takes on the most difficult challenges at Axturis and never loses his sense of humor. In addition to his family, Michael's areas of interest include aviation and modern world events.

As an employee from the very beginning, Michael knows the strengths and weaknesses of our company like no other. His eloquence, straightforwardness, independence and meticulous way of working make him a colleague who is valued by all. Cars, motorcycles and basically anything with enough horsepower make his heart beat faster and are his balance to the stressful everyday working life.

Arnold Angerer

His true love, besides tennis and his motorcycle, is flying. Arnold acquired his pilot's license at a very young age in Arizona, where he also taught others how to fly as a flight instructor. His competence, sociability and open nature characterize this "TopGun" - as does his enormous flying knowledge, which we regularly draw on.

A family man, sportsman and genius in the field of databases and complex architectures. We value this rock in the surf as a true philanthropist and colleague. His intensive travel experiences, his open-minded nature and his daily ride to the office on his racing bike make Mike a true "urban explorer".

As an experienced programmer, Roland not only writes code, but also musical notes. Whether playing the trumpet in a big band music group, as a band member or as a rock and metal producer - he makes the stage shake. His experience as a professional soldier gives him the pioneering spirit needed for all challenges. With Roland on board, we not only have technical know-how, but also the groove in the team!

As a musician and youth coach on the football field, Jakob always finds the right rhythm and the perfect pace for his team. So it's no wonder that he never loses track of things in project management at Axturis and knows how to bundle information effectively. A sportsman and adventurer with a strong connection to his home country, we consider ourselves very lucky to have been able to win this gentleman over.
